Cheng Ho Wah @ Roland
Cheng Ho Wah @ Roland obtained his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (Honours) from the University of Ottawa, Canada in 1980 and Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of London, England in 1988. He was admitted as a Barrister-at-Law at Lincoln's Inn in November 1990.
Mr Cheng was admitted as an Advocate of the State of Sabah on 18th February 1992 and subsequently founded his own legal practice, Roland Cheng & Co., in August 1993.
Throughout his established career as an advocate & solicitor, Mr Cheng has garnered more than 30 years of valuable experience in handling civil and criminal litigation-related cases and has entered a myriad of appearances as counsel at the High Court, Court of Appeal, and Federal Court. He has also had countless experiences in handling conventional and Islamic bank loan documentation, banking-related matters, conveyancing, land-related documents, and estate cases.
In recent years, Mr Cheng has been appointed as a legal advisor by a number of corporations relating to property-related matters. He is currently acting as a legal advisor to a number of associations such as the Federation of Sabah Industries, Kota Kinabalu Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Sabah Builders Association, Min Sin Shea Club, and Sabah Kidney Association.

Managing Partner
Jennifer Lok Poh Chu
Jennifer Lok Poh Chu obtained her Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of London, England in 2018 and subsequently her Certificate in Legal Practice in 2019. Following her admission as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Sabah & Sarawak in February 2021, she was appointed as a Managing Partner of the firm.
Prior to her Bachelor of Laws (Honours), Ms. Jennifer graduated in 2004 from Universiti Sains Malaysia, Penang with a Bachelor's Degree in Social Science with a Major in Economics.
Since joining the Firm, Ms. Jennifer has been actively involved in numerous conveyancing affairs. She also handles matters regarding divorce and custody of children as well as probate and estate administration. Furthermore, Ms. Jennifer possesses experience in the field of general litigation and has appeared as counsel before the Court.

Legal Associate
Dayang Afiqah Mokhtar
Dayang Afiqah Mokhtar obtained her Bachelor of Laws (Honours) at Universiti Malaya (UM), Kuala Lumpur in September 2020. She was then called to the Sabah Bar as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Sabah & Sarawak in June 2022.
Dayang specialises in general litigation, covering diverse matters including contractual and commercial as well as tort-related disputes. She has appeared alongside our senior counsel in Court for a number of disputed cases.
During her varsity years, she enjoyed numerous outreach programmes which has inspired her to be an advocate in empowering and educating the larger community on key societal issues such as women and children rights.
